TCL&P CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY
JANUARY 25TH TO MARCH 9TH, 2021
From January 25th to March 9th, 2021; Traverse City Light & Power will be conducting customer satisfaction surveys among both residential and commercial TCL&P customers. The purpose of this survey is to measure customer’s satisfaction levels and opinions regarding various electric utility services, initiatives, and offerings, as well as identify opportunities to improve customer service throughout the service territory.
The survey itself will be conducted by GreatBlue Research, Inc., a professional research firm located in Glastonbury, CT. This survey will be vital in helping TCL&P understand your concerns and priorities and guide us in making decisions that best reflect the goals and needs our customers.
During the phone survey, a random sample of residential and commercial customers will be called and the name of the firm (“GreatBlue”) will show up on the caller ID should you have the technology at your home, office, or on your mobile device. If you do not have the technology, the phone number that appears will be 860-740-4005, -4006 or -4007.
An online survey will also be administered if you wish to complete digitally and the survey will come from @greatblueresearch.com.
As required by the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974, GreatBlue Research, Inc. maintains the anonymity of respondents to surveys the firm conducts. No information will be released that might, in any way, reveal the identity of the respondent. All phone attempts are conducted by live callers.
