SUSPENSION OF UTILITY SHUTOFFS
ELECTRIC & WATER
Until April 30, 2020
Traverse City, MI – Traverse City Light & Power (TCL&P) and the City of Traverse City (City) will be suspending all electric and water shutoffs until April 30, 2020. At that time, the situation will be reassessed to determine the direction going forward.
TCL&P and the City would like to acknowledge the hardships being felt as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers are encouraged to continue to make any payment amount to lessen the outstanding balance. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions or want to make specific payment arrangements at 231-922-4431.
